At Ananda Khalsa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the jewelry or garment is securely protected.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
